1. What are the delivery times?
Our orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 24 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• France: 2 to 4 working days
• European Union: 3 to 7 working days
• International (Canada, Emirates, etc.): 5 to 10 business days
2. Where do you deliver?
We deliver to France, throughout the European Union and internationally (Canada, Australia, United Arab Emirates, etc.).
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the checkout stage according to your country.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
You can also write to us at contact@maternitys.fr if necessary.
4. Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@maternitys.fr to see if a modification is possible.
5. Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 30 days to return the item if it is unused, unworn and in its original packaging.
Important: For hygiene reasons, already opened maternity packs or underwear cannot be returned.

6. What does a maternity pack contain?
Each pack contains a selection of essentials for mom and/or baby depending on the model chosen (Essential or Premium).
Details are available on each product sheet.
7. Are baby clothes unisex?
Yes! All our clothes are designed to suit all babies, with soft, neutral colors.
8. Can I give a pack as a gift?
Yes! Simply provide the person's address at the delivery stage.
You can also send us an email right after your order to add a little personalized note.
