Return and Refund Policy – ​​Maternitys

At Maternitys, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. In accordance with European legislation, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal, applicable without justification.

Eligibility requirements:

For your return to be accepted:

• The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Requests must be sent in advance by email.

Returns should be sent to:

After validation, we will send you a return label and the instructions to follow.

No returns will be accepted without prior request.

Non-returnable items:

• Opened or used maternity packs (for hygiene reasons)

• Underwear (panties, nursing bras) if unpacked

• Promotional items or gift cards

Damaged products or order error:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly referenced, please contact us immediately at contact@maternitys.fr and we will provide a prompt solution.

Exchanges:

For an exchange, we advise you to return the item in question, then place a new order once the return has been validated.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether or not your refund has been approved.

If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
